Project Overview
The multi-function hall is a core public space for primary school assemblies, performances, lectures and student activities. The original large-space hard interior structure caused extremely serious reverberation, delayed sound reflection and unclear speech. During group activities and speeches, noise overlaps severely, affecting teaching effects and on-site experience. This project implements systematic sound absorption and acoustic balance treatment, effectively controlling reverberation time, improving overall sound field uniformity and ensuring stable and clear sound transmission in large crowds.
Key Project Challenges
1. Excessive reverberation in large high-ceiling space Empty high ceilings and hard surfaces lead to long RT60 and severe sound delay.
2. Unbalanced sound field distribution Sound volume differs greatly between front and rear areas, causing unclear hearing in distant seats.
3. Multi-scene functional requirements Space needs to adapt for speeches, performances and daily activities, requiring balanced acoustic performance.
4. Durability for long-term high-frequency use Student gatherings are frequent, requiring scratch-resistant, impact-resistant and long-life acoustic materials.
