1. Measure the size of the wall, confirm the installation position, determine the horizontal and vertical lines, and determine the cut-out dimensions of wire sockets, pipes and other objects.
2. Calculate and cut part of the sound-absorbing panels according to the actual size of the construction site (if there is a symmetrical requirement on the opposite surface, especially pay attention to the size of the cut-off part of the sound-absorbing panels to ensure the symmetry on both sides) and lines (edge lines, outer corner lines, connections) Lines), and cut out for wire sockets, pipes and other objects to reserve.
3. Install sound-absorbing panels:
(1) The installation order of the sound-absorbing panels follows the principle of from left to right and from bottom to top.
(2) When the sound-absorbing panel is installed horizontally, the notch faces upward; when it is installed vertically, the notch is on the right side.
(3) Some solid wood sound-absorbing panels have pattern requirements, and each facade should be installed in sequence from small to large according to the pre-programmed numbers on the sound-absorbing panels. (The numbers of the sound-absorbing panels follow from left to right, from bottom to top, and the numbers are from small to large)
The types of sound-absorbing panels in gymnasiums are also relatively rich, including B1-level fire-resistant wooden sound-absorbing panels (groove wood sound-absorbing panels, perforated wood sound-absorbing panels), and A1-level glass magnesium sound-absorbing panels and ceramic aluminum perforated sound-absorbing panels can be selected and matched according to design requirements.
